This residence, currently under construction, was designed for a single
professional who is moving to the coast and wants to maintain a sense
of his urban lifestyle. The views and prevailing winds suggested a
design with the living area on the upper floor, guest bedrooms
beneath and a master suite with an outside terrace on the very top
level. The roof top terrace is also accessible by a stainless steel
spiral stair, directly from the living area below. |
