Harbour Island

This was another collaborative effort between the client, architect
and builder. Gulfstream Builders contacted John when the client requested a unique
design overhaul that would reflect the coastal characteristics of North Carolina and in particular,
Wrightsville Beach. The new design had to be within the footprint
of the existing house and was to maximize the views of both the salt
marshes to the front of the house and the waterway to the rear. So pleased with the results, when required to move up the coast
a few years later, the client requested that John design their next home. |
