Harbour Island

With the success of past collaborative design and building efforts
between John and Gulfstream Builders, John was asked to design
a house to be sold by Gulfstream. The site was one of those forgotten
lots where the potential just needed to be realized. The design oriented
views to Banks Channel separating Wrightsville Beach and Harbour Island,
with special care to screen views toward existing homes. Unique coastal
motifs enhance the home's coastal ambiance with
decks off the living areas and master suite, and a special rooftop overlook
for the children tucked away in the pitch of the roof. The
house was sold prior to completion and finished to the owners’
wishes. |
